Exciting Opportunity an Experienced Plumber!
We have an outstanding opportunity for you to join a leading local Housing Association in West London. Become part of our dedicated repairs and maintenance team, focusing on domestic property refurbishments.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be instrumental in the renovation of void properties, preparing them for new tenants by ensuring all plumbing systems for potable water, sewage, and drainage are installed and maintained to the highest standards. Your duties will also include carrying out maintenance and repairs in occupied properties.

You will:

• Diagnose issues directly from tenants
• Work on both void and occupied properties
• Install water, drainage, and heating systems
• Cut, shape, and join pipes and fittings
• Identify and repair faults

What We Offer:
This position offers stable, full-time hours from Monday to Friday, with the added benefit of sociable working times. While specialist tools will be provided, you will need to have your own basic hand tools. Successful candidates will be invited for a face-to-face interview and, upon joining us, will receive a company vehicle for work purposes.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ / City & Guilds minimum Level 2 in Plumbing
• At least 4 years of experience in domestic properties
