Our client, a local authority based in Slough are looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This is on a contract basis.
The purpose of the role is to:
- Deliver Government housing targets
- Support delivery of corporate strategies, political objectives, and guide speculative residential and business construction across the Borough
- Manage growth sustainability: to benefit from opportunities, reduce the risk of inappropriate development, and build on the success of existing Local Plan.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;
Previous experience working in a Project Management role, you will have experience dealing with Tenders and Local Plans.
