Our client based in Hampshire are currently recruiting for a Proposal Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible.
This is a full time, hybrid, permanent role offering between £28,000 - £35,000 per year based on experience.
The purpose of the role is to work alongside the Bid Manager, providing leadership and support in the production of proposals and bids.
Responsibilities:
- Fully produces pre-qualification submissions.
- Receives bids, fully understands the requirements and deliverables.
- Prepares and holds question reviews with the team, identifies USPs with the team.
- Bid writes for each bid.
- Edits bit information from the team.
- Produces full proposal documents including graphics.
- Takes responsibility for the successful completion and submission of all pre-qualification questionnaires and bids.
