Location: Great Malvern, Worcestershire
Salary: Up to £60,000
Welcome Bonus: £5,000
Performance Bonus: Up to 21% of annual salary
Must be a Qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England)
Annual Leave: 32 days (including bank holidays)

We’re working with Keys Group to recruit a Registered Manager for Crown House, a Family Assessment Centre in Great Malvern. This is a unique opportunity for a Qualified Social Worker to lead a specialist team supporting families with complex needs.

Crown House offers residential parenting assessments using the ParentAssess model. You'll manage daily operations and support families facing challenges such as learning disabilities, mental health issues, and substance misuse.

What we’re looking for:
  • Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
  • Experience managing family assessment or residential care services
  • Knowledge of the ParentAssess model
  • Strong safeguarding, risk assessment & case management experience
  • Inspiring, trauma-informed leadership style
