About the Role:
You will be working within a purpose-built therapeutic setting that provides a range of mental health services for both men and women. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to patients.
- Support individuals in their journey towards independent living through a range of therapeutic interventions.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Provide compassionate care in a safe and therapeutic environment.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
- Experience in a mental health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
