Role and Responsibilities:

• To support individuals living in the community with an array of mental health needs
• To manage a small caseload
• To document patient notes / medications / care plans

Nursing Qualifications and Requirements:

• Hold a PIN number as a registered mental health nurse
• Fully enhanced valid DBS
• Community experience is preferred

£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive | £21.68 Exclusive
We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
