Repairs & Asset Manager

Job Description

Our client, a housing association based in Enfield are looking for a Repairs & Asset Manager to join their team. This is on a permanent basis - salary up to £50,000.

The purpose of the role is to:

  • To oversee and be responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of a high quality repairs and maintenance service, including effective contract management across the Associations mixed tenure housing stock.
  • Responsible for the operational management of void repairs, ensuring works are carried out in a timely manner to reduce void loss.
  • To deliver strategically and operationally the management of an effective planned maintenance and cyclical programme ensuring we are investing appropriately in our assets to provide good quality homes.
  • Day to day staff management of direct reports across the managed services, including Voids and
    Repairs Team Leader and Surveyors

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

Previous experience managing repairs and maintenance works within property/housing.

A degree/HND or equivalent would be ideal but not essential.
