A housing association based in Croydon are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join their team. This is on a 3 month contract initially.
The main purpose of the role is to deal with resident complaints and offer solutions to customers.
The client delivers repairs and maintenance services to residents around London.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;
Previous experience of working in an Asset Management/Property function
Experience of providing a customer-focused, high quality service
Previous experience dealing with residents and stakeholders.
