Job Title – Resident Liaison Officer
Location – Merton
Contract – Temporary contract until the end of November
Hours – Full-time
Role summary –
We are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our client's housing team in Merton. In this role, you will act as a key link between the organisation, contractors, and residents. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships, supporting stakeholder communication, and facilitating smooth service delivery.
Salary – £23.23 per hour Ltd
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on local service resident engagement strategies and analyse service improvement data.
    • Coordinate customer responses by collaborating with local housing teams and contractors.
    • Manage stakeholder communication and produce materials using various methods.
    • Represent the Housing Neighbourhood Team at meetings and lead smaller project teams.
    • Assist with the handover of Regeneration properties and maintain GDPR compliance.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a front-line customer-focused role within social housing.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to analyse data and present findings effectively.
    • Flexible to travel and attend meetings outside normal working hours.
