Job Title – Resident Liaison Officer
Location – South West London
Contract – Temporary (Until End of November 2025)
Hours – Full time (37 hours per week)
Salary – £23.88 LTD / £17.27 PAYE per hour
Role summary –
We are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a well-established housing provider in South West London. This role will play a key part in ensuring that residents are informed, engaged, and supported throughout the delivery of services and projects. You’ll be the essential link between the organisation, contractors, and tenants, helping to enhance customer experience and drive service improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver local resident engagement strategies.
  • Analyse customer data to support service improvement plans.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers, housing teams, and contractors.
  • Co-ordinate responses to customer queries and complaints.
  • Organise and attend stakeholder meetings, producing accessible communications.
  • Represent the Housing Neighbourhood Team and lead smaller project groups where required.
  • Support handovers of regeneration properties.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance when handling customer information.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in a customer-facing role within social housing.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and residents.
  • Experience in project coordination or service delivery improvement.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident working with data and presenting findings.
  • Proficiency with IT systems.
  • Flexibility to travel locally and occasionally attend meetings outside normal working hours.
