Residential Paralegal

Service Care Solutions are working in direct partnership with a well-established and growing legal firm in Stirling, who are looking to add a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to their dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
  • Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
  • Carrying out title checks and reporting on title
  • Handling property registrations and liaising with HM Land Registry
  • Communicating with clients, lenders, estate agents, and solicitors throughout the transaction
  • Supporting solicitors and partners on complex residential and portfolio matters
 
 The ideal candidate:
  • Has strong experience in residential conveyancing
  • Is confident working independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Brings enthusiasm and professionalism to a growing department
What’s on offer:
  • Hybrid working model – flexibility with in-office and remote balance
  • Salary: £36,000–£37,000 (depending on experience, with potential for negotiation)
