Job Description

Residential Support Worker required to join fantastic team at Children's Residential Home in Wakefield. Initial 3 month contract. Full time (37 hours per week).

We are currently recruiting for a Residential Support Worker to promote the development of children and young people and to meet their assessed needs through the provision of appropriate emotional, physical and material care.

The successful candidate will contribute to the assessment, planning and decision making process for individual children and young people, and maintain up to date case records and care plans in respect of those individuals.

Working hours are 7 am - 3pm. 2pm - 10pm and 10pm - 7am. You will also be expected to do sleep ins on certain days which run from 10am until 10am the following day with a sleep from 11pm - 7am. There is an expectation that you will work weekends and bank holidays also.
