Residential Support Worker

Job Description

This company is seeking a Residential Worker to join their newly opened children's home based in Hendon NW4. The home is a one bed facility, supporting only one young person. The role will require shift work and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and care to the young person
• Assisting with daily activities and routines
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the young person
• Creating a positive and nurturing environment
• Working closely with other staff members and professionals

Requirements

• Experience of working in a Children's home for at least a year
• Ability to work shifts and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits

• Standard rate of £15 per hour
• Sleep-in rate of £60 per sleep-in shift
• On-site driveway parking
