We are working with a Housing Provider based in West Midlands on a Permanent Vacancy. The role is covering locations in Birmingham, Coventry, Worcester, Hereford and Dudley.
Sales Advisor
Hours per week: 32.5
working pattern: Thursday to Monday 9:30am to 4:30pm
Salary: £30,581 per annum

The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years sales experience working within a developer background; they will be a self starter with a flexible approach to work. They will need to have the ability work well on both an individual basis and as part of a team, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Our area of operation is throughout the west midlands including, Coventry, Birmingham, Hereford, Worcester, Shropshire and Dudley. You will liaise with competitors and estate agents on a weekly basis in order to ascertain that your development values are in line with market conditions and competitors.
The role is based on site; you will however be required to work at our Birmingham Office and between sites and also sell shared ownership properties as and when required. This will include weekend working.
You must have a clean driving license and be able to travel to all areas of the operation.
