Service Care have a new and exciting permanent opportunity which has become available working in the Loughbrough area as a Senior Residential Support Worker within one of our Childrens Residential Homes!
Service Care Solutions are currently working with a nationwide company of which is looking to expand their team with a range of permanent roles which have become available.
We are currently looking for a Senior Childrens Residential Support Worker to work within one of out 4 bed children's homes which is currently paying £27,000-£29,000 annually and is working full time!
Key Responsibilities:
- To plan, manage and lead shifts ensuring children are kept safe and engaged throughout the day.
- To ensure the Placement Plan for each child is followed and adhered to at all times.
- To ensure education is promoted and supported and that each child's attendance in education is maintained.
For this role you need:
- Previous work within a children's residential home
- Enhanced DBS
- Level 3 or equivalent in childcare/safeguarding
