🚨 Urgent Requirement – Senior Employee Relations Advisors x2 – NHS Experienced
📍 Location: Croydon Health Services
📅 Start Date: Immediate
📆 Contract Duration: 3 months
💷 Rate: £25.48 per hour, Limited rate (Inc of holiday and NI)  -Band 6
🕒 Hours: Full-time (4 days on-site required)
 
We are currently recruiting for two Senior Employee Relations Advisors to join the HR team at Croydon Health Services on an immediate, 3-month contract basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced ER professionals with solid NHS experience, who are confident managing complex caseloads in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Requirements:
✔️ Must have previous NHS experience
✔️ Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of ER cases
✔️ Comfortable working within large, fast-paced organisations – please include headcount and caseload experience in your application
✔️ Must be available to work 4 days per week on-site at Croydon

✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Role Overview:
As a Senior ER Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting managers across a wide range of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and change processes. You’ll ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes while building trusted relationships at all levels.
