Job Description
This company is seeking a highly motivated Service Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that all service level agreements are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of services to clients
  • Ensure that all service level agreements are met and exceeded
  • Manage a team of service professionals
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery
  • Monitor and report on service performance
  • Manage customer escalations and complaints
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience


  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
