Responsibilities-
- Carrying out painting and decorating across social housing.
- Collaborate with other trades to ensure comprehensive service delivery in environmental and facilities services.
- Always adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Skills required
- Proven experience as a single trade decorator.
- Damp and Mold experience required.
- Social housing experience
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid UK driving license

Please be aware the hourly pay rate for this role is £23.00 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £19.74 inclusive of holiday).
