A Local Authority based in County Durham is currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor to join their housing team as soon as possible.

This is a full time, temporary position and the ideal candidate will have experience working within the housing sector ideally for a local authority.

The purpose of the role is to run internal planned maintenance works for the councils housing stock.

Qualifications and experience required:

• HNC in Construction Management or equivalent qualification in a construction related subject or extensive experience working at a similar level.
• CITB Site Safety Certificate or equivalent
• CSCS card appropriate to level for position and responsibility
• Clean and valid UK Driving Licence
• Scaffold Inspection

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £20 p/hour Umbrella Ltd (approx. £510 p/week NET after deductions).
