Job Description: Our client, based at Moor Lane, KT9, is currently seeking a CSW - Social Worker with experience in Children with Disabilities for a contract role agreed upon until January 2026. The role requires the individual to work in the office in Moor Lane 3 days a week, with a mandatory 5 days per week in the office during the initial 2-week induction period.
Pay 37.52 LTD inclusive holiday pay or PAYE 28.54 exclusive of holiday pay
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Providing support and assistance to children with disabilities and their families
- Conducting assessments to determine necessary care and support services
- Working collaboratively with other professionals to create and implement care plans
- Advocating for children and families to ensure they receive appropriate services and support
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and interventions
