Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to support the implementation of a robust and effective strategy for responding to the COPFS investigation.
- Provide proactive support to client divisions throughout the investigation process.
- Analyze documentary and other relevant materials to offer informed legal advice.
- Conduct interviews and take witness statements accurately and efficiently.
- Draft precise and comprehensive written materials to support ongoing legal activities.
- A valid Solicitor qualification with experience in civil litigation, particularly within the public sector or government environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and present it clearly.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- A strong team player with a proactive approach to supporting clients and colleagues alike.
- Duration: 8 months (March 2026)
- Flexible rate based on candidate qualifications and experience.
Salary negotiable: starting from £57,701 - LTD Day rate £302.66, Paye (inc hol):£257.02
