Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of serious clinical negligence claims.
- Lead on birth injury, brain injury, and other complex matters.
- Ensure full compliance with case and time management protocols. Lead client meetings and handle complex negotiations.
- Draft complex legal documentation and court submissions.
- Qualified Solicitor – Law Society of Scotland- NQ-3 years PQE+
- Experience in personal injury or clinical negligence law (essential).
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage KPIs, and prioritise deadlines.
