Service Care Solutions are working with a reputable law firm across Scotland. We are seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a dynamic legal team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice in the areas of immigration and human rights, with a focus on commercial and business immigration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, showcasing your ability to manage and expand an existing client portfolio.
- Navigate complex immigration cases, ensuring compliance with the latest legislation and guidelines.
- Prepare and review legal documentation, submissions, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of PQE in immigration and human rights law.
- Proven experience in commercial and business immigration, coupled with a demonstrable client following.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse client base.
