Service care solution are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef in the Hitchin area, the position is a full time 40 hours per week role.
- Experience of working as a Sous Chef within a luxury environment
- Knowledge of catering for the elderly and the important of nutrition and fortified diets where appropriate.
- City and Guilds Diplomas in Professional Cookery or BTEC HND in professional Cookery or equivalent
- Stocktaking, product ordering and accountability
- COSHH 'Control of Substances Hazardous to Health' trained and HASSAP aware
- Working knowledge of H&S legislation
- Demonstrate good communications skills at all levels
