What You'll Do:
- Provide face-to-face and telephone support, information, and advocacy to women experiencing domestic abuse with housing needs. (Essential)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand individual needs and risks, developing personalised safety and support plans. (Essential)
- Collaborate with key partners like homelessness teams and local authorities to secure safe and secure housing. (Essential)
- Proactively assess the safety of children involved and take appropriate safeguarding measures. (Essential)
- Contribute to the overall success of the project through data analysis and reporting. (Essential)
