We’re looking for Support Workers to support adults who have learning disabilities, autism, dementia and behaviours that challenge.
Daily Duties
- Supporting individuals to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
- Supporting our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends.
- Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
- Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
- Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
- And enjoying what you do!
Person Specification
The successful applicant must have:
- 2 Years minimum experience
- Full UK Driving License essential and willingness to drive service vehicle.
- Demonstrable Knowledge and experience working within Mental Health, Dementia, End of Life/Palliative Care.
- Fantastic communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and commit to working hours mentioned above.
