Location - Birmingham
Salary - £27,055 - 32,934 (Based off experience)

1. Provide expert level support for ROH Integra2, including testing, upgrading and maintenance.
2. The post holder will need a full understanding of the priorities of the organisation to reflect this in the priorities for systems administration and development.
3. Maintain scheme of delegation ensuring that the Finance systems and process requisitions/orders and non-order invoices in line with scheme of delegation and Trust Standing Financial Instructions.
4. Have an awareness of the Trust rules of governance including the scheme of delegation and bring authorisation issues to the attention of the Senior Management Team
5. Reviewing and maintaining the Scheme of Delegation forms for joiners, leavers and individuals who have changed role.
6. Responsibility for ensuring all Integra modules and feeder systems are processed in accordance with agreed procedures and timescales, so that the Trust can maintain an accurate income and expenditure balance.
7. To develop and maintain system procedure notes for Integra2 specific to the Administrator's role for the use of Finance and Non-Financial Managers to enable them to perform their duties as appropriate.
8. The post holder will use their technical expertise to work with the systems developers to contribute to systems developments.
9. Build specifications for new system requirements which require a full understanding of new system functionality and of any technical accounting issues that could result.
10. Lead on the implementation of new modules/finance systems as required. Testing software upgrades as required.
11. Acting as super user for Integra2 and being responsible for maintaining reports, and other amendments.
12. To provide the technical expertise for the development of highly complex management information systems to assist Trust Managers and Budget Holders in meeting departmental, and Trust wide financial objectives.
13. The post holder will take full and complete responsibility for administrating the Integra help desk, ensuring all calls are correctly logged and responded to in a timely manner. As an expectation, simple queries should be dealt with within a day, with more complex matters within 3 days.
14. Maintenance of the Chart of Accounts.
15. Update and create eForms for use within Integra2, minimising duplication of effort.
16. Maintain drills cross links between screens.
17. Maintain extraction profiles as used in the automation of Integra functions to avoid duplication of effort. Paying particular attention to those related to ASD and new users/users security.
18. Creation of alerts to inform users of their actions required in Integra2.
19. Maintenance of tasks to assist in user notifications
