A client within the Public Sector based in Warwickshire is currently recruiting for a Technical Supervisor to join their facilities team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.
The Role
Key purpose of the role is to assist the Technical & Facilities Manager in the planning and delivery of all technical requirements at all venues.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- To assist the Technical & Facilities Manager with the scheduling and day-to-day supervision of technical staff
- To liaise with, welcome and monitor visiting companies / hirers and artists to ensure safe working practices, correct use of equipment and excellent technical presentation at all times.
- To supervise the maintenance of technical areas and systems, including audio visual and screening equipment.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require to have a BTEC or equivalent in a technical theatre discipline and At least 1 years' experience in a supervisory role within the technical department.
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £18.30 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
