Telecare Responder
Temporary – 33.6 hours per week

Location: Sunderland
Contract: Initial 6 months, with possibility of extension

Make a real difference in people’s lives by joining our dedicated Telecare Response Team. We provide rapid, compassionate support to individuals in their own homes—helping them regain independence after hospital stays or periods of ill health, and responding promptly when they need urgent assistance.

What you’ll do:
  • Deliver responsive, person-centred care in the community.
  • Support individuals to set and achieve personal goals.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to alarm calls and emergencies.
What we’re looking for:
  • A warm, caring nature and a commitment to helping others.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Reliability and flexibility to work a varied rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • A full UK manual driving licence (company vehicle provided during shifts).
Shift pattern:
  • 6:00–14:30, 14:00–22:30, 22:00–06:30

All offers are subject to two satisfactory references, a current DBS disclosure, evidence of right to work in the UK, and proof of a valid manual driving licence.
