We have an excellent opportunity for an upholsterer to join our team based in Horwich, Bolton.

We have a vacancy available within our soft seating department where you will be responsible for working on bespoke furniture such as chairs, sofas and stools. You will be covering various duties including;

• Padding and covering
• Preparation of patterns and templates
• Building up products with foam padding and smoothing off surfaces
• Examining and locating defects with all products
• Fitting and installing material using hand and power tools
• Fitting trimmings such as piping, stitching, staples and tacks

You will need;

• Ability to take measurements and calculate amounts of materials required
• Attention to detail
• Safety awareness and must follow health and safety procedures
• Ability to work without supervision

Working hours;

Mon - Thurs: 7:00 - 15:45
Fri: 7:00 - 13:00
