Are you an experienced Social Worker Level 3 seeking an exciting contract opportunity in Yorkshire? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Social Worker Level 3 to join a dynamic team within our client. As a Social Worker Level 3, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of enquiries, assessing risks, and participating in strategic meetings to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
Candidate Responsibilities for the Social Worker Level 3
- Respond to and investigate enquiries from the public and professionals
- Conduct screening assessments to evaluate the level of risk presented by cases
- Coordinate and participate in strategy meetings to plan appropriate interventions
- Manage caseloads effectively, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
- Collaborate with multi-agency teams to deliver holistic support
- Keep detailed, up-to-date records of all casework interactions
- Adhere to safeguarding and confidentiality protocols at all times

What We Are Looking For
The successful Social Worker Level 3 will have proven experience within children’s social care, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and experience working within a Multi-Agency Support Team (MAST) is essential.
