Position: Social Worker Level 3 – Children’s & Families
Location: Calderdale, Yorkshire
Contract Length: 2 weeks

As a Social Worker Level 3, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of enquiries, assessing risks, and participating in strategic meetings to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Candidate Responsibilities for the Social Worker Level 3

• Respond to and investigate enquiries from the public and professionals
• Conduct screening assessments to evaluate the level of risk presented by cases
• Coordinate and participate in strategy meetings to plan appropriate interventions
• Manage caseloads effectively, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
• Collaborate with multi-agency teams to deliver holistic support
• Keep detailed, up-to-date records of all casework interactions
• Adhere to safeguarding and confidentiality protocols at all times

What We Are Looking For

The successful Social Worker Level 3 will have proven experience within children’s social care, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and experience working within a Multi-Agency Support Team (MAST) is essential.
