  • Communicate effectively, negotiating with clients, families, and multi-agency teams to secure the best outcomes.
  • Develop and implement personalised support plans, monitoring progress and adjusting services as needed.
  • Participate in reflective supervision and ongoing professional development to enhance practice and stay aligned with SWE protocols.
  • Support the community of Blackpool and contribute positively to service delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3 years of relevant experience as a Social Worker within Adult Social Care.
  • Current registration and a valid social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working within legislative frameworks underpinning adult social care.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work hybrid – at least 3 days in the office.
  • Valid references covering the last 3 years of employment.
  • Willingness to support community initiatives and showcase a passion for service improvement.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay rate for the duration of the contract (please contact us for specific rates).
  • Supportive management team with a comprehensive induction process.
  • Protected CPD time, access to formal and informal supervision, and a range of training opportunities.
  • Hybrid working arrangements with at least 3 days in the office.
  • Agency workers will be provided with a parking pass for restricted parking areas and reduced-rate office parking.
  • Opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the wellbeing and independence of adults in Blackpool.
