Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of Bradford Council for experienced Child & Family Social Workers to join the Keighley & Shipley Children & Families Locality Team.

The Role
As a Child & Family Social Worker, you will manage a varied caseload while building strong relationships with children, families and partner agencies.
You will work with children throughout their journey, ensuring timely intervention and high-quality assessments that promote safety, stability and positive outcomes.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking experienced practitioners with demonstrable experience of:

• Child in Need (CIN)
• Child Protection (CP)
• Public Law Outline (Pre-Proceedings)
• Care Proceedings
• Managing complex safeguarding cases
• Building effective relationships with children and families
• Working within a restorative and relational practice model

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker (Degree or equivalent)
• Registered with Social Work England
• Experience working within UK Children's Services
• Strong assessment, safeguarding and care planning skills
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred
