Candidate Responsibilities

As a Children's Social Worker, you will:

• Manage a caseload of children and families, conducting assessments and reviews
• Develop, implement, and monitor care plans in line with statutory guidance
• Carry out safeguarding enquiries and contribute to multi-agency case conferences
• Maintain high-quality written records, reports, and service user documentation
• Work collaboratively with professionals (e.g., schools, health, police, and providers)
• Ensure practice reflects children’s best interests and prioritises timely support
