About the Role
We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Preston, Chorley, Leyland, and Wigan. This role involves supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work, and maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals looking for flexible work in a school setting. Opportunities are available on both a day-to-day supply basis and for longer-term placements.

Person Specification
• Previous experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work or similar)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and maintain a positive learning environment
• Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach to work
• A genuine interest in education and supporting student development
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks, including a DBS check.
