About the Role: EDT AP

As an EDT AP, your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting clients through essential social work interventions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the wellbeing of service users and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

Candidate Responsibilities for the EDT AP include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users in line with organisational guidelines
• Develop tailored support plans to meet individual needs
• Document and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with data protection policies
• Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to coordinate care
• Attend team meetings and contribute to service improvements
• Adhere to all health and safety standards throughout your shift

Candidate Requirements for the EDT AP:

• Proven experience as a Social Worker with at least 5 years of relevant references
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment during scheduled hours (Mon-Fri, 16:30 – 01:00)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid qualification and registration in social work
• Mandatory completion of the DfE Recommendation Compliance Questions before submission
• Evidence of relevant qualifications as per JDPS criteria

Working Details & Benefits

• Contract length: 2 weeks
• Pay rate: £40 per hour
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 16:30 – 01:00
