Are you an experienced INT Adults Social Worker looking for a short-term contract opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated INT Adults Social Worker to join our team on a 2-week contract. Candidate Responsibilities:

As an INT Adults Social Worker, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Completing Care Act assessments and reviews within an integrated neighbourhood team setting.
  • Conducting Mental Capacity Assessments (MCA) and managing Safeguarding investigations effectively.
  • Working in an integrated team environment, collaborating with colleagues and external agencies.
  • Ensuring that all assessments and reviews are thorough, accurate, and in line with statutory guidelines.
  • Managing cases that involve Continuing Health Care (CHC) assessments and processes.
  • Maintaining detailed case notes and documentation with a focus on safeguarding and assessment standards.
  • Working 2 to 3 days a week in the office, with flexibility for remote work based on case requirements.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Social Worker working within adult social care.
  • Strong background in Safeguarding, Care Act assessments, and reviews.
  • Experience conducting Mental Capacity Assessments (MCA) and handling CHC cases.
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in a similar setting.
  • Good understanding of integrated team working environments.
  • Valid registration with Social Work England or relevant governing body.
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and juggle multiple priorities.
