Candidate Responsibilities – Mechanical Supervisor

As a Mechanical Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all mechanical installation and maintenance activities on-site
• Supervising a team of mechanical workers ensuring safety and adherence to specifications
• Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of tasks
• Conducting site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Managing daily work schedules and prioritising tasks effectively
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Reporting progress and any issues to the project management team
• Assisting with toolbox talks and safety briefings for the team

Candidate Requirements

While specific skills are not detailed in the job order, the ideal candidate should ideally possess:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in similar projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of health & safety standards in construction

• Ability to work under a tight schedule for the 2-week contract
