Adults Occupational Therapist –Walsall

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an Adults Occupational Therapist on behalf of a client based in Walsall.

Location: Walsall (Hybrid – community-based with a minimum of 1 day per week at one of the centres)

Pay Rate:

• £28.40 per hour (Umbrella)
• £25.05 per hour (PAYE, inclusive)

Contract Type: Ongoing

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Adults Occupational Therapist to join a community-based team in Walsall. This is a hybrid role, combining community visits with office-based working at least once per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete Enablement Assessments for adults in the community
• Develop and implement personalised Enablement Plans
• Work collaboratively with service users and multidisciplinary teams
• Instruct and support Enablement Officers with interventions
• Promote independence and improve outcomes for service users

Requirements:

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with valid HCPC registration
• Experience within adult social care settings
• Strong understanding of enablement/rehabilitation approaches
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently within a community setting
