Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Reablement Occupational Therapist to work with Enfield Council on a temporary contract.
Location: Enfield
Contract: 3-month ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (35 hours per week)
Rate: £35.38 per hour (Umbrella) / £27.77 per hour (PAYE)
Role Overview This role focuses on supporting individuals through short-term reablement interventions, helping them regain independence and remain safely in their own homes following illness, injury, or hospital discharge.

- Provide and recommend equipment and minor adaptations
- Work closely with reablement teams, care staff, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Support timely hospital discharges and prevent readmissions
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to maximise independence
- Deliver advice and guidance to service users, families, and carers
- Qualified Occupational Therapist
- HCPC registered
- Experience within reablement, community, or adult social care settings
- Strong assessment and communication skills
