An Exciting Time to Join Bradford
Bradford Children and Families Trust has recently restructured its Children in Care service to provide greater continuity and improved outcomes for children and young people.

The redesigned service now spans children and young people aged 0–18, creating three new teams and bringing the total number of Children in Care teams to 10 dedicated teams. This structure enables stronger relationships, improved consistency and more effective support throughout a child's journey in care.

As part of ongoing commitment to excellence, they are investing in the workforce and creating an environment where social workers can thrive professionally while making a real difference to children's lives.
