Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join a dynamic Locality Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and well-structured environment, making a real difference to children and families.

About the Role
You will manage a varied caseload across:

• Duty work
• Child in Need (CIN)
• Child Protection (CP)
• Court proceedings
• Permanence planning

Team Structure
You’ll be part of a well-balanced and supportive team consisting of:

• 2 Senior Practitioners
• 6 Social Workers
