Candidate Responsibilities: As a Children's Social Worker - Safeguarding

As a Children’s Social Worker - Safeguarding, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify safeguarding needs
• Developing and implementing effective care plans tailored to individual cases
• Working closely with multi-agency teams to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children
• Maintaining accurate and detailed case notes in accordance with statutory requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW)
• Registered with Social Work England or relevant regulatory body
• Experience working within children's safeguarding and care planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a high caseload
