Registered Children's Home Manager – Morecambe, Lancashire Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected provider of children's residential care for an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a specialist solo home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about improving the lives of children and young people. The home provides a safe, nurturing environment for one young person aged 6–18 with complex behavioural, emotional and social needs, enabling highly personalised care and support.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance are maintained while supporting both the young person and your staff team to achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (desirable)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working within children's residential care
- At least 12 months' experience in a managerial, senior, supervisory or team leader role within a residential care setting
- Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding legislation and children's residential care standards
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes for young people
