Salary: £51,731 - £59,606 per annum + Bonus Opportunities

Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established provider of therapeutic residential childcare for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's home in East Sussex.

A relocation package of up to £5,000 is available for candidates moving to take up the role.

The Role

• Lead the day-to-day operation of a children's residential home.
• Inspire, support and develop a high-performing staff team.
• Ensure children receive outstanding care in a safe, stable and nurturing environment.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and work towards achieving and sustaining Good or Outstanding inspection outcomes.
• Promote a therapeutic approach that supports positive outcomes for children and young people.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary of £51,731 - £59,606 per annum.

About You To be considered, you should have:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in children's residential care.
• At least 2 years' experience managing and supervising staff.
• NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
• A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspection outcomes.
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people.
