Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home
Location: Wiltshire
Salary: £49,268 - £56,768 per annum + performance bonus of up to £18,000

Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established national provider of children's residential services. This is an opportunity to lead a home where your leadership, resilience and commitment can make a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people.

This role is suited to a Registered Manager who enjoys building strong teams, creating stability and driving high standards of care. You'll be joining an organisation that has invested significantly in strengthening its services, governance and therapeutic support, with a clear focus on continuous improvement and positive outcomes for children.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a children's residential home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations while creating a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for children to thrive.

You'll lead and develop your team, promote a positive culture and work collaboratively with senior leadership and therapeutic professionals to deliver outstanding care.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience managing a children's residential home
• A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children's legislation
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• A passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
• The resilience to lead through challenges while maintaining high-quality care
