About the Role
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the school office and leadership team
  • Manage pupil records, attendance, admissions, and data systems accurately
  • Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies
  • Support the preparation of reports, correspondence, and school communications
  • Assist with safeguarding procedures and ensure compliance with school policies
  • Work collaboratively with staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school

Person Specification
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school or education setting
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school-based systems (e.g. SIMS or similar)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • A professional, proactive, and adaptable approach
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
