Location: Newark, Nottinghamshire (NG24)
Salary: £31,259.00 - £36,044.04 per annum (£15.03 per hour)
Service Care Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a well-established provider of children's residential care in Newark.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people while working within supportive, well-rated children's homes.
About the Service

• Two separate 2-bed children's homes
• Supporting up to 2 young people across both homes
• Both homes are rated Good by Ofsted

Shift Pattern

• Double sleep-in shifts
• 7:30am – 10:30pm, followed by a sleep-in on every shift
• 3-week rolling rota
• 1 Saturday worked, 1 Sunday worked, and 1 full weekend off within the rota

RequirementsTo be considered, applicants must:

• Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Residential Care (or equivalent)
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Be 21 years of age or over
• Have experience working within children's residential care

Recruitment Process

• CVs will be reviewed as they are received
• Initial informal Microsoft Teams discussion with the Registered Home Manager
• Successful candidates will then be invited to a face-to-face interview
• Interview feedback provided within one week
• Immediate starts available for candidates who are fully compliant
