We are currently recruiting for 3 experienced Social Workers to join the Targeted Early Help Service within the Yorkshire Collaboration based in Barnsley.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with families who are on the cusp of requiring Social Care intervention, delivering early support to improve outcomes and reduce escalation of need.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a caseload of up to 16 families
• Completing clear assessments and intervention plans
• Working collaboratively within a multi-agency environment
• Ensuring safeguarding and positive outcomes for children and families

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3 years PQE experience
✔ Strong assessment and safeguarding experience
✔ Ability to work effectively within multi-agency teams
✔ Commitment to office-based working

This role offers a competitive rate of £35ph umbrella and an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension.
