As a Social Worker - Advanced (Adults) (G10), you will play a crucial role within the Adult Social Care Triage Team. Your expertise will help assess needs, develop care plans, and ensure safeguarding measures are in place for adults requiring social care support. Candidate Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults requiring social care services.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Worker within adult social care.

• Valid social work qualification and registration.
